Set up the subscription tiers and pricing. Free tier still exists and is pretty generous - paid tiers just get more.
The tiers
Free - Good for casual use:
- 20 images per day
- Up to 12MB per image
- 10 formats
- Files stored for 24 hours
Lite ($3.99/month) - For regular users:
- 50 images per day
- Up to 16MB per image
- Additional formats
- Priority processing
Pro ($9.99/month) - For heavy users:
- 1000 images per day
- Up to 50MB per image
- All supported formats including PDF
- Batch upload (20 images at once)
- ZIP/TAR archive support
- API access ($0.01 per image)
- Priority processing

Behind the scenes
Set up testing infrastructure so we can create test users with different tiers and make sure tier-specific features work correctly.
Also fixed some authentication edge cases with login/logout flow and session management.
This sets up the business model - next release will integrate actual payment processing.
